 Founded in 2010, Tinoti Agriculture and Construction Cooperative brings over 15 years of practical, hands-on experience to the South African built environment. We are not just contractors; we are a fully integrated design-and-build enterprise.

We recognized early on that disjointed communication between architects, builders, and specialist trades often leads to project delays and cost overruns. To solve this, we built a cooperative model that houses the entire project lifecycle under one roof. From the initial 2D AutoCAD drafts and 3D Blender visualizations, right through to foundation laying, electrical compliance, and the final plumbing fix, Tinoti delivers a seamless, turnkey solution.

Specialised Plumbing & Electrical:

We do not rely on unreliable external subcontractors. Our in-house plumbing and electrical teams ensure immediate fault resolution, compliance testing, and the issuing of mandatory Certificates of Compliance (CoCs).
